OUR CLASSES
PRIVATE PILATES SESSIONS

In a private session, students will work one on one with an instructor, utilizing the Pilates reformer, cadillac, wunda chair, mat, and barrels. Private Pilates sessions are recommended for beginners, and for those who want an instructors full attention.

DUET PILATES SESSIONS

A duet session consists of two people and one instructor and is recommended for people who want to work out together. Although we encourage for beginners in pilates to start with private first to get full focus and attention.

PRE-POST NATAL PILATES

Pilates is ideal for pregnant women and even after pregnancy. The emphasis of Pre-Post Natal will be on stretching, strengthening, and alignment.

Prenatal Pilates gives several benefits to pregnant women including:

  • increase abdominal strengthening
  • prepare the body for labor by strengthening pelvic floor
  • increase body's stamina
  • control weight gain during pregnancy
  • aid relaxation
  • relieve aches and pains
  • improve circulation, and many more

Post-Natal Pilates or postpartum pilates is designed to strengthened pelvic floor, abdominal and deep postural muscles. Pilates will also help you regain your pre-pregnancy fitness and energy.
